Returns & Refunds Policy for Phones

Your Satisfaction Matters – Hassle-Free Returns on Phones
  • 7-Day Return Window: Return eligible phones within 7 days of delivery (as per courier tracking).
  • Condition: Phones must be unused, unactivated, with all original packaging, accessories, and security seals intact.
  • Eligible Returns: Only accepted if device is faulty, dead on arrival, or not as described. For change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply.
  • No Returns/Refunds: If the phone has been used, activated, damaged after delivery, or is missing original items.
  • Reporting Faults: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • Warranty: Claims are handled according to the supplier/manufacturer warranty (see your product or warranty card).
  • How to Start a Return: Email us at peter@styledbyher.shop with your order number, reason, and supporting images.
  • Refunds: After inspection, refunds (minus shipping/restocking fees) are processed in 5–7 business days. Items not meeting the return criteria may be sent back at your cost.

General Returns & Refunds (All Other Items)

  • Items (excluding phones) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, lingerie, and hygiene-sensitive products: Non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Photo evidence may be required.
  • Non-Delivery: Refunds only if your order isn’t delivered within 14 days after the maximum estimated date (i.e., 26 days after shipping), or if lost by courier.
  • Abuse/Fraud: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if abuse or fraud is suspected.
  • Refund Method: Refunds go to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
